The Strategic Gap
⚠️
Maharashtra has more Buddhist sites than any other Indian state — yet no dedicated Buddhist Circuit under Swadesh Darshan 2.0.

Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and eight North-Eastern states all have nationally funded Buddhist Circuits. Maharashtra — home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Buddhist origin (Ajanta & Ellora) — has none. This project is the missing anchor.
